• US$ 2,200 per week for the Youth Program
• US$ 2,200 per week for the Moms Program (dorm accommodations)
• US$ 2,800 per week for the Moms Program (hotel accommodations)

• Register each child. Please complete a separate registration for each child.
• Capacity for each class is limited. Enrollment is secured at time of deposit or full payment. When a class is full, you can be placed on the waiting list. Additional sections may be added.
• Deposits and Payments: Parents have the option of paying in full or leaving a deposit of $500 per week per person at the time of registration. The balance shall be paid in full by May 1st.
• Refunds: There is a non-refundable deposit of $500 per person. Refunds are available for the balance until June 15, 2012, at which time refunds are not given.
